Driving Directions

From I-40, take exit 112, Mineral Springs Mountain Road. If traveling on I-40 west, turn right off the exit onto Eldred Street SE; I-40 east, turn left off the exit onto Eldred Street SE. Follow Eldred Street approximately 1 mile. Turn left at the first stoplight onto Main Street and continue 0.8 miles, then turn right on Church Street (after Parsons Tire). Drive 2.1 miles; Church Street's name will change to Falls Road and then Enon Road. Burke Hospice & Palliative Care is located at 1721 Enon Road, on the left.

The first building on the left is the Hospice House. The middle building is the Administrative Building, and the third and last building is the Community Center. Visitors please note that all patients will be found in the first building, the Hospice House.
