Need to make a referral?

Anyone can refer a patient to Burke Hospice & Palliative Care. Individuals can self-refer, or elect to go through their doctors, family members, friends, counselors, nursing home administrators, or hospital discharge planners. The easiest way to refer someone to Burke Hospice & Palliative Care is by calling us at (828)879-1601 and asking for our Intake Coordinator.
